Returns + Exchanges

At Fruitamins, we take great care in ensuring the quality and hygiene of our products. Please read our Returns & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of dry fruits and food products, returns or exchanges are accepted only in limited cases as mentioned below.

A return or exchange request will be considered only if:

The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Opened or used products
Products damaged due to customer handling
Items purchased during special offers or discounts (unless damaged or incorrect)
Gift hampers (unless received in damaged condition)

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery
Share clear images or videos of the product and packaging
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable

Return & Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

Mention your order number and issue details
Attach supporting images/videos

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 working days.

Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Refunds are initiated within 5–7 working days after approval
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error is from our side

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability
If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead
Exchange requests must meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above
